A superb old stone bakery that was completely renovated from the roof down.  We turned a derelict building with ruined stone bake oven into a modern space for offices and staff refectory. Under floor heating, polished concrete floor, stainless steel staircase, modern lighting, aluminum windows and electrically operated velux.
